Today, we are a multi-national operation with offices in London, Melbourne and Cape Town. We have 160 professional staff members, 300 000 current clients and an excess of £25 Million in annual sales. Having serviced over 1 million clients across all product lines, we are now also the largest tax agent in the UK.

Through an investigation into the market, we identified a distinct need for a legal service that is approachable and trustworthy and provides a value for money service in a market with traditionally high service costs.

With no previous experience in the legal services market, it made sense to acquire an already established market leader in the industry; one which would be a perfect fit for the 1st Contact ethos and approach to service.
